Refurbishment works are now complete on our Kensal House project for SPID Theatre Group. Called in following demise of the original contractor, we inherited the partly completed shell of a clubroom that forms part of Grade II* listed Kensal House Estate.

Appointed as principal contractor, we were tasked to operate within a tight budget, meet the demanding requirements of the Listed Building Consent, but still deliver highly equipped office facilities, theatre space, and performance venue. This £1.2M project was delivered over an 8-month contract period and completed within budget.
