We were appointed Principal Contractor for this internal refurbishment scheme to teaching areas of this prestigious private school in St Johns Wood. Over a fast-track 8 week programme, we undertook the replacement of fifty 4-pipe fan coil units to upgrade the heating and cooling within thirty six classrooms and other associated offices and communal spaces.

The scheme involved all new pipework, electrics, BMS controls, ventilation ductwork & grilles, together with replacement suspended ceilings, lighting, PA and fire alarm works. Contract Value £900,000. Following the success of this contract we were invited to bid for another similar scheme at the school, and we are due to commence this next phase in June 2022.
