This a full fit-out of an NHS Health Hub to the ground floor shell of a new-build block of apartments. We provided the full scope of mechanical works including DX heating, and comfort cooling, hot and cold services, drainage, and automatic controls.
Highlight was the heating of the hot water using a heat pump integral to the main VRF system. This was our third scheme with Beardwell Construction Ltd.
